CMP Grant – Wisconsin Skilled Nursing Funding

We are excited to invite you to participate in a transformative opportunity designed to enhance your facility’s complaint management processes and overall organizational culture. LeadingAge Wisconsin and WHCA/ WiCAL, in partnership with Davis Clinical Consulting, are in the process of applying for grant funding to support a CMP Reinvestment Program that, if awarded, would provide free consulting services.

In order to submit a strong grant application and secure funding, we need facilities to commit to participating in the program. Your commitment strengthens our proposal and increases the likelihood of receiving the necessary funding.

Opportunities

  • Proactively address complaints
  • Improve staff training
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement

Who Can Apply?

Medicare/Medicaid-certified skilled nursing facilities in Wisconsin.

Program Benefits:

  • Customized Consulting Services tailored to your facility’s specific needs to reduce the number of complaints, save time, money, and stress on grievance surveys, and enhance customer service to prevent escalations to state authorities.
  • Annual Onsite Assessment to identify areas of improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Quarterly Regional Meetings featuring practical education, guest speakers, and networking opportunities with other facilities facing similar challenges.
  • Leadership Transition Support to ensure complaint management continuity during staffing changes.
  • Comprehensive Training for frontline staff and leadership, including a Train-the-Trainer Manual and training videos for new employees after program completion.
  • 5% Discount on any additional consulting services from Davis Clinical Consulting.
  • Certificate of Completion recognizing your facility’s commitment to excellence in complaint management.

Why Apply?

Grievances continue to escalate to the state level, which costs your facility and requires more complaint surveys.

Facility Commitment

To ensure the success of this program and demonstrate commitment to quality improvement, facilities are asked to commit to the grant before June 15th. It is free to apply!

This contribution strengthens our grant application and enables Davis Consulting to provide personalized, onsite assessments, training, and coaching to your team.

If you’re exploring ways to enhance resident care or support your staff, the CMP Grant may be a valuable resource to help bring your vision to life.
